PREPARATION1. Heat oil in a pan and do seasoning. Add green chilli and onions, cook till they are soft. Then add chopped spinach and salt. Cook it uncovered to retain the greeness of spinach. Once spinach is done add crushed garlic. Serve with hot rice or
